Live Guest Illustrations are a great entertainment and custom gift combo. Fun and colorful guest illustrations will bring a one-of-a-kind experience to you and your guest. Whether it is a wedding, corporate gathering, baby, or bridal shower - bespoke fashion sketches will set your event apart with a memory for your guests that will last a lifetime.

PACKAGES & PRICES

All Base Packages Include:

  • 8-10 portraits created per hour include 1-2 people with detailed faces.

  • One complimentary painting of the bridal couple or host placed in white matting and protective sleeve.

  • 5x7 portraits are created on high-grade watercolor paint on acid-free watercolor paper.

  • Every portrait is covered with a protective sleeve casing. Travel within 30 miles of my studio in Kearneysville, WV

  • Any sketches (within the amount designated per package) not completed at the event will be completed in my studio and mailed to the host. If your guest list exceeds the amount of any of the below packages, additional portrait sketches can be added to any package at $15 per person.

  • 4 Hours- $1400

    Recommender to cover approx. 32-40 guests.

  • 6 Hours - $2100

    Recommender to cover approx. 48-60 guests.

  • 8 Hours - $2800

    Recommender to cover approx. 64-80 guests.

How it Works

  • We begin when I receive your completed inquiry form (and to make sure I am available for the date of your event). Then we follow it up by discussing your event's details, specific needs, and any add-ons you want to include.

  • I arrive an hour before the event and set up my supplies at an assigned table.

  • When guests come to my table, I ask them to pose for a quick photo.

  • I then use those photos as a reference to create custom watercolor and ink illustrations that guests can pick up at the end of the night.

  • During the event, finished illustrations create a fun pop-up art gallery for guests to peruse throughout the event.

Additional Information: I can draw approximately 4-6 couples or 8-10 guests per hour. When calculating your guest list size, please consider the transition time between each guest/drawing. I offer an add-on package for additional portraits to be completed after your event and mailed directly to you to include in their thank you card.

If there is a list of specific guests you wish to be drawn, please note that in our communications so that those guests can be a priority in my line-up.

Specific needs: It is best if my assigned table is in a location that is visible to guests but slightly out of the way of the main flow of traffic to allow enough room for guests to pose for pictures and view the paintings if they desire. I require a 3x6 table (decorated as you wish) and two chairs located close to an outlet.

Extra Fees & Accomodations:

Please note that taxes, travel expenses, and shipping will be applied to all packages. Travel by car is calculated at $0.67 per mile there and back. Depending on the time and location of the event, additional accommodation fees may apply. This fee is priced at-cost for hotel and meals, usually ranging from $150-$200.

Add-On Sketches:

If the guest count exceeds package options additional sketches can be completed at my home studio at $15 per person and mailed to the designated host for distribution. (They fit beautifully in 5x7 thank you cards.)

  • Rates depend on the number of guests and hours you book and on the location of your event. The minimum booking is 4 hours and rates start at $2200 for NoVa and DC areas. Please get in touch and we can discuss details.
