Portrait Place Cards

Great for small intimate weddings and events, these 4x7 portrait place cards are created before your event to surprise your guests with a mini painting of their likeness.

How it Works:

• We begin after I receive your submission form and then continue discussions about the details of your event, etc.

• Pictures of your guests' faces must be emailed to me by an agreed-upon time (usually two to three weeks before your event). The artist is not responsible for finding pictures of your guests. The pictures should be of good quality and lighting, but they need not be large (snapshots of social media profile pictures work nicely). All of the reference pictures need to be in JPEG format.

• A list of your guest’s names will also need to be included. Listing the names in the same order as the attached photo-references is helpful. Please list the names as you would like them to appear on the place card (ie “John Smith”) and also include one identifying factor of their person to connect me with their photo. (ie- “Jane Smith”- is wearing a blue dress.)

• After I have completed the portrait place cards, I will send a photo to ensure all is correct. Then I will send them to the desired address.
